Villa Viente is a luxury three bedroom villa located in a prime, elevated position of Puerto Del Carmen, with panoramic views of the mountain range and Fuerteventura . The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is near the old town fishing harbour,approximately 15 minutes walk to the popular Fariones beach and close to all amenities incuding the Biosphere shopping mall, nightlife and restaurants.

The accommodation is spacious with three large bedrooms (one with full ensuite bathroom) and a family bathroom. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. There is a utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying area.

The villa is tastefully decorated and equipped to the highest standard with quality furniture, satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi and CD player.

There is a large tiled sun terrace area which is south facing, making it a real suntrap. There is a private heated pool (12 ft by 25 ft), with sun loungers, parasols, table, chairs and barbeque. There is also private car parking.

The villa is near the old Town fishing harbour, approx.15 minutes walk to popular Fariones beach, close to all amenities, Biosphere shopping mall, nightlife and restaurants.

How to get there

Nearest travel links Airport Arrecife. The main airlines that operate to Arrecife are Thomsons, First Choice, Easyjet, Monarch, Ryanair. Flights from London to Arrecife normally take 4hours.

Arrecife Airport is only a 15 minute drive from the villa.

There are plenty of taxis outside the airport (Approx 12 euros to villa) or you can hire a car at the airport or book a car online and pick up from the airport. We normally book online with Auto Reisen where no deposit is required.

Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy

The pool is heated from 1 November to 31 March.

The property is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and until 10.00am on the day of departure.

Any additional guests (up to a maximum of 7) will be charged at £50 pp per week.

There is reductions for two people renting the villa. Please enquire for rental rates.

Prices shown are per week based on 4 persons sharing, Any additional guests (up yp a maximum of 6 adults and 1 child) will be charged at £50 per person per week.

A non-refundable deposit of £150.00 is required to secure the booking and balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.

We accept payment by bank tranfer, debit and credit cards or cheque.

No parties/events, No smoking, No pets.

Minimum stay: 7 nights

Cancellation

If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your hoilday, you must notify us in writing immediately. In case, the date of cancellation will be the date on which notice is received. The person who signed the booking form must also sign the letter of cancellation. As this incurs administration costs and we may not be able to resell your booking. Cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:
